Tornado Watch until 4 pm (includes St. Cloud)

Tornado Watch for the St. Cloud Metro Area and most of central MN until 4 pm. SPC has issued a tornado watch for much of central and east central MN and much of northern and western WI. Conditions are ripe for a major outbreak - the best dynamics still appear to be just east of MSP, but an isolated tornado is possible anywhere in or near the watch box area.
