Reports of a tornado on the ground at Rogers, MN at 8:02, moving east at 40 mph. Rain will taper shortly, conditions improving overnight. The worst of the severe weather is now over.

8:22 pm. Threat Eases. Doppler shows the line of severe storms moving east of greater St. Cloud - the tornado threat has eased. Reports of a tornado on the ground at Rogers, MN at 8:02, moving east at 40 mph. Rain will taper shortly, conditions improving overnight. The worst of the severe weather is now over.
