Update: 8: 31 pm. Evidence of Strong Rotation Near Foley - there have been reports of funnel clouds near Foley in the last few minutes - tornado warnings in effect for the St. Cloud area until 9 pm.
Update: 8:25 pm. Tornado Warning until 9 pm for Stearns, Sherburne and Benton county until 9 pm, based on strong Doppler rotation - we did receive reports of funnels near Sartell and Foley (wind gust to 61 at Sartell), wind damage strong enough to topple trees and powerlines. If threatening weather approaches take shelter immediately - don't wait for the sirens to sound. The safest place to ride out a tornado: a basement, under the stairs. If you don't have a basement the safest place is a small, interior room near the center of your house or apartment, like a closet or bathroom.
