Update. NWS Doppler radar continues to show a band of showers and storms sloshing east across the state - a few of these storms may still turn severe, but conditions are marginal for large hail and violent winds. A 2-4 hour period of moderate/heavy rain is possible, especially during the evening hours. Skies clear late tonight - a fine Wednesday on tap as cooler, drier air filters southward out of Canada.
Evening Puddles. NWS Doppler at 4:13 pm shows a band of moderate/heavy showers and T-storms from Little Falls and the Mille Lacs area southward to St. Cloud and Willmar. Wet weather is likely into the evening hours - nothing severe (yet).
