Lingering Tornado Threat

Update: 6:25 pm. I'm still getting a strong rotation signature almost directly over downtown St. Cloud, the cell overhead is still capable of dropping a tornado, the tornado warning has been extended to 7 pm. This storm has a history of spawning tornadoes - reports of damage near Spicer from a tornado earlier this afternoon, so please take the threat seriously.
