TORNADO WATCH 532 IS IN EFFECT UNTIL 900 PM CDT FOR THE FOLLOWING LOCATIONS: MINNESOTA COUNTIES INCLUDED ARE ANOKA, CHISAGO, DAKOTA, GOODHUE  HENNEPIN, HOUSTON, ISANTI, RAMSEY, SHERBURNE, WABASHA, WASHINGTON, WINONA AND WRIGHT. 

Doppler Radar At 2:23 PM. Latest Tornado Warning below. Storms are moving due NORTH at 30 mph:

  SOUTHWESTERN WASHINGTON COUNTY IN EAST CENTRAL MINNESOTA...
  NORTH CENTRAL DAKOTA COUNTY IN EAST CENTRAL MINNESOTA...

* UNTIL 245 PM CDT

* AT 216 PM CDT...RADAR INDICATED A STORM CAPABLE OF PRODUCING A
  TORNADO. THE MOST DANGEROUS PART OF THE STORM WAS NEAR ROSEMOUNT...
  OR OVER ROSEMOUNT...AND MOVING NORTH AT 30 MPH.

* LOCATIONS IN THE WARNING INCLUDE...
  ROSEMOUNT...
  ST PAUL PARK...
  INVER GROVE HEIGHTS...
  EAGAN...
  NEWPORT...
  SUNFISH...

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

WHEN A TORNADO WARNING IS ISSUED BASED ON RADAR...IT MEANS THAT
STRONG ROTATION HAS BEEN DETECTED IN THE STORM. A TORNADO MAY ALREADY
BE ON THE GROUND...OR IS EXPECTED TO DEVELOP SHORTLY.
